p4 aliases

Display command aliases that are currently defined in a .p4aliases file.

p4 [g-opts] aliases

Syntax conventions

Description

The .p4alias file contains the definitions of the command aliases you have created.

The command output for p4 aliases does not include pre-defined aliases, for example p4 changes for p4 changelists. The output only displays the contents of your .p4aliases file, and it does not include comments. For example:

co => edit
ci => submit
st => status
shelved => changes -s shelved -u $(P4USER) -c $(P4CLIENT)
pending =>  changes -s pending -u $(P4USER) -c $(P4CLIENT)
desc => describe -s
purge => clean -I
blame => annotate -u
