In many cases, the Support Team will ask for a report your Helix TeamHub environment. This is obtained by running the following command:

sudo hth-ctl report

This command generates a compressed archive at /tmp/hth_report.tar.gz with Helix TeamHub logs and system information. Attach the hth_report.tar.gz file to your support email.
