As the CEO of Perforce Software, Jim is passionate about creating an exciting, fun, enriching, diverse, employee centric culture that supports and promotes the values needed to deliver a positive customer experience. Jim believes it is our job to deliver on the promises to our customers and partners by extending our solutions both organically and through thoughtful, strategic acquisitions that will also bring us new resources and people with bright new ideas.
