SetProtocolV()
functions identically to SetProtocol()

except that its argument is a single string of the format
variable=value
.
Example
The following example demonstrates the use of SetProtocolV()

enable tagged output. The result is that the ClientUser
object uses OutputStat()
to
handle the output, rather than OutputInfo()
.
